Tre’ is passionate about empowering young leaders, cultivating a life of prayer, and helping the next generation encounter Jesus in authentic and meaningful ways. -

Jessica Avery
Awakening Project, Executive Director
Jess Avery serves as Executive Director of the Awakening Project and as an elder with Arise Church. She is passionate about helping young leaders gain the vision and tools needed to lead their generation toward awakening. Her research focuses on emerging adulthood, mentorship through networks, and the theology of singleness.

Brian Williams
Hope City Global, Lead Pastor
Brian M. Williams is the founder and Lead Pastor of Hope City Global in Columbus, Ohio, a ministry that includes Hope City Church, YWAM Columbus, and the Columbus House of Prayer. Brian is passionate about revival, prayer, missions, and equipping believers to impact their communities and the nations.
Before planting Hope City in 2011, he served as a missionary in India, Taiwan, and other nations, preaching the gospel and leading evangelistic outreach efforts. He and his wife, Tiaira, are the proud parents of seven children and remain committed to seeing lives transformed by the power of the gospel and the presence of God.

Raleigh, NCCorey serves as the Campus Pastor at Hope Community Church in Raleigh, NC, and as the VP of Ministry Development and Young Adult Movements with Ignite Movement.

Skyler Farley
Ignite Movement, VP of Campus Movement & Training
Skyler serves as the Vice President of Campus Movement and Training at Ignite Movement and also as the Campus Director at UNC Charlotte.
An evangelist at heart, Skyler is passionate about equipping young adults to boldly share the Gospel. His leadership has helped catalyze a culture of weekly evangelism and outreaches across Ignite campuses, inspiring students to live on mission and make disciples in their everyday lives.

Ignite Movement, Executive Director
Niko is the Founder and Executive Director of Ignite Movement. He is passionate about prayer, revival, and discipleship and longs to see a generation of resilient disciples leading the Church and stewarding renewal in the world.
Niko serves as Lead Pastor of City Movement Church in Raleigh, North Carolina, Niko and his wife, Carole Ann, live in Raleigh with their two children.
